Takeshi Kurosawa, the arms-dealer hires Michael Bryce for his bodyguard. Later, the bodyguard sweeps away with shame and disgrace after his Japanese client got shot dead in the head. And starts his living again protecting corporate executives, who are generally drug addicts. The plot gets twists when Samuel L. Jackson enters the scene, and the duo of both Ryan Reynolds (Michael Bryce) and Samuel L. Jackson, takes the story to the new extreme.

Although Ryan Reynolds proved his iron with his last year’s installment, Deadpool. The Hitman Bodyguard’s movie 2017, seems to be not so successful in winning the hearts of critics. Whereas, Samuel L. Jackson was seen to add flavor to the movie. Reynolds’ stupendous performance, was no less than a cream in the coffee. If criticism the movie faced, could have removed from the equation. The duo of the two superstars would be highly appreciated than usual, provided – if the creators, would work little more on the script and paid less focus on hiring two major star-cast for the movie.

Guffaws in the plot made the audience go crazy, and at the same time, body-count in the first twenty minutes of the story made it clear. That Ryan Reynolds walked the same path as that of his previous movie Deadpool.

Despite of the criticism the story had to take, fan following took both the actors on the platform of applaud. You simply cannot expect the two to be all predictable and making the movie all serious, the little touch of the humor indicates the signature skill of the two actors, for which they are good known for.

Samuel is on the way of touching new heights of success ever since. Marvel Cinematic Universe approached him for one of the important roles in its ongoing installments.The comic adaptation, blend with the astounding performance of Jackson took the star to the new extremes and thus, landed him on various big budget movies. Which he truly deserves in the first place.


He truly did the justice with his role. Being the bodyguard of the Hitman – Ryan Reynolds. Who failed and lost his security agency after the tragic death of one of his clients and then becomes a security guard. At last but not the least, the overall performance of the movie, is appreciated worldwide and it got succeeded in grossing $62 million worldwide.
